These Third-Party Service Terms form part of the Visa CLI User Terms of Service (“Agreement”) you or the organization, company, or other entity that you represent have with Visa that links to or otherwise references these Third Party Service Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Third-Party Service Terms will have the definitions stated in the Agreement.

When you use Visa CLI Offerings to access outputs generated by a Third-Party Merchant, your use of those services and outputs is governed by the Third-Party Merchant’s own Third-Party Service Terms.

Visa CLI Offerings may provide access to certain Visa Services. Your use of Visa Services and any data outputs is subject to the Visa product term(s) linked below, which may include requirements governing downstream data use and security controls.
By using the Visa CLI Offerings to access any of the Third-Party Services and Visa Services listed below, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the linked terms in addition to the Visa CLI User Terms of Service and the Visa CLI Consumer Privacy Notice. Visa may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to Third-Party Services or Visa Services at any time without notice.
